Koloff says that it seems like the fine print was ignored as not only do the Blackjacks have to defend the titles in Fort Benning but they have to defend the belts against Sawyer/himself tonight as well. 1. Rogers found himself locked in Brisco’s version of the Grapevine twice during the match. Brisco had plenty of opportunities to put the match away but couldn’t capitalize. 4. The Road Warriors def. the Southern Boys with the Doomsday Device on Tommy Rich in a one-sided match 5. Georgia tag champs, The Blackjacks def. Ivan Koloff/Buzz Sawyer in a great match to retain the titles. Blackjack Lanza pins Buzz Sawyer after a Texas Brainbuster. 6. In the Best 2 of 3 Falls/Tournament Final for the Georgia title, Mil Mascaras def. Johnny Valentine 2-0 to become the new Georgia champ. Fall #1 was all Mil Mascaras as he put a serious beating on Johnny Valentine, racking up 9 tokens on Valentine before Johnny submits to a bow and arrow. Fall #2 started but in a controversial referee decision, the match was stopped because Valentine was bleeding profusely.
