Update 9-14-09

Ok this is a big update so please read through it:

-I have stepped down as promoter of Great Lakes Wrestling. I was finding myself bogged down from running the Fed, running PPV's and trying to keep up with the Behind the Scenes stuff. Jason has taken over GLW so I thank him and give him your support for running two feds now

-Rankings. I know they should be up by now and let me explain. I have been doing more and more videos and I have the Rankings done in a webcast but Youtube is being an ass and everytime I put it up it is corrupt or the audio plays to fast. So I am going to try to re-film and work that out today. I am off work so I have all day to do it

-The next draft will be on Sunday September 27th at 9PM EST. I know this may conflict with some peoples schedule but this is the day I have chosen. If it doesn't work for you, then PM me your list and you won't be left out. If you don't have a list in at draft time then you can pick after the draft like we always do!

-The Draft list will be up tonight. The reason it is behind is because my laptop, which has all the files on it, battery charger stopped working so it is down. The Only file I have is the rankings. I have finally recovered the wrestler files from WTIC!

-Rankings are Caught up and ready to move on. After the PPV They will be published

-Speaking of PPV, everyone thank Jason for hosting it this go around. It means a lot to me!

-I am thinking about redoing the way we choose contenders for championships. I am still going to leave it up to the group to get the votes in but i am thinking about each territory recommending a guy from their territory and I will narrow it down to three. This will help get a feel for who the promoters feel are top contenders, not just some silly rankings. Rankings show who is winning but there are other factors as well, storylines, feuds, etc!

-As you guys know Stampede is out of business and their roster wills lowly be intergrated into the FA list and soon making it back to the DWA

-Now for some title info. The DWA is no longer recognizing any titles from the MACW and Stampede. Those titles are no longer registered titles to the DWA and the DWA will not recognize those titles

As of 7:18 PM:

-Rankings have been posted. We will be voting on challengers for the next PPV title matches during this week.

-Speaking of title matches, Both World Titles will be under rematch at the October 17th Showcase Card. This is to help with some of the turning points at Hostile Territory

-The Next PPV will be held on November 1st 2009 and will be titled DWA: Anything Goes. It will be live from Seattle Washington. At Anything Goes there is No DQ and No Countout in all the matches!

-I need some help for the rankings. If you are rolling a card with a visiting wrestler, PLEASE post it in the write up. Mark the match somehow as cross promotional match because it makes a huge difference in rankings! If you could put their Fed Initials in your writeup, Like Jason does for his block stuff!

-I am liking the Showcase Cards being back as well as DCW TV that Dennis is running!
